As a Latina and neurodivergent individual (autism and ADHD), I understand the powerful impact of intersectionality in shaping how we experience work, life, and relationships. Balancing multiple roles as an I/O psychology doctoral student, a caregiver to a combat veteran spouse, a parent to a neurodivergent teen, and a tech market analyst, I am deeply attuned to the challenges of managing overlapping identities and responsibilities. This unique perspective allows me to meet people where they are—understanding their goals, learning about their identities, and exploring what they desire to change.
